Indigo Park — Chapter One

What’s more fun than being guided by a digital friendly raccoon through a cursed park with promises of adventure and exploration only to have creatures stalk, chase and attempt to kill you?

If that sounds like your kind of vibe, then Indigo Park is absolutely a go for you! And best of all, the first chapter is free, with the second one promising to come out this year! So with that being said, I had a lot of fun playing this one.

And I guess it does qualify as a form of mascot horror that doesn’t take itself too seriously. And honestly, I think that any mascot horror should approach it this way. Be scary, with a mix of comedy, and understanding of what it is. Not every horror is the same.

And some horror is meant to be fun mixed in with the scary, which is exactly what Indigo Park has been so far.

The first chapter is a little on the shorter side, as it took me around an hour and a half to complete. It was designed and published by UniqueGeese – Indigo Park took the world by a rather quick storm.

One of the things I truly enjoyed about Indigo Park was also the sense of wonder. It was a strange thing to feel, and excitement. I loved being able to explore, and actually get that little giddy feeling I get whenever I am in a park. I do love to explore. The design was well done, and so was the voice acting. I loved the raccoon but at the same time, felt a strange sense of distrust.

Which is why I am looking forward to seeing more of this story for sure!
